Joseph Blowadeh Siafa Fahnbulleh was born on 11 September 2001 and has represented Liberia at the Tokyo and Paris Olympics.
Running for the Florida Gators he was NCAA outdoor champion over 100 metres in 2022 and twice over 200 metres, in 2021 and 2022. He finished fifth in the 200 metres at the Tokyo Olympics, setting a Liberian national record, reached the final again in Paris, came fourth at the 2022 World Athletics Championships, and won both the 100 and 200 metres at the 2024 African Championships.
